IntaPeople have been based in the centre of Cardiff since 1994, since when we have been providing a wide range of IT Professionals throughout Wales, the UK and Europe.
In 1997 we became the largest IT Recruitment Consultancy in Wales.
In 2000 we were recognised as the winner of the "2000 Wales fast growth 50 Project" and finalists in 2008's "Fast Growth 50" Project, sponsored by the Western Mail, KPMG and BT.
In 2005, we diversified into the Engineering sector and since then we have experienced significant growth and success.
We have registered around 45,000 Technical and Engineering professionals on our database since 2005. We have one of the strongest Engineering databases of UK based candidates and we also have very large numbers of candidates based throughout mainland Europe and the Middle East.
Our consultants have come from a variety of engineering backgrounds including Offshore Drilling/Project Engineering – Oil & Gas, Design Draughtsman and Mechanical/HVAC Engineers.
We specialise within the niche markets of Marine, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Automotive and Aerospace amongst others.
We manage approximately 100 contract/agency staff who work at various sites across the UK, Europe and Middle East. These roles/positions vary from Mechanical and Electrical Draughtsman to Senior Design Engineers, to Structural and Stress Engineers, as well as Manufacturing Engineers, System Engineers, Project Engineers, Engineering Managers/Directors and several more.
We provide all types of Technical & Engineering staff, permanent or contract, to all types of company but have also continued to grow throughout quieter times by expanding our team to specialise in other key areas such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Medical and Pharmaceutical.
