Let IT Snow, Let IT Snow, Let IT Snow
Cardiff based IT recruitment specialist IntaPeople has recently said thank you
to a number of their key staff by taking them on an all expenses paid five day skiing break (and thankfully everybody came back with all bones intact) to Avoriaz in France.
The company has announced a fifty per cent growth in its business for the financial year 2005/2006, and rewarded a number of it’s staff with the skiing holiday.
Philip Handley, Finance Director at IntaPeople said we’ve had a great year with several of our clients requesting regular repeat business as a result of the professionalism and commitment provided to them by our Consultants, coupled with the quality of the candidates that we supply. However, it is not just the front end placements that has provided us with a successful year, but also the efficiency of the company as a whole, including our in-house training programme, our IT systems, our accounting function, and all the whole back-office support staff.
Mr. Handley continued, Back last Autumn a number of our staff were rewarded with a weekend break to the Milton Keynes indoor snow dome, and, partly due to the team bonding & success of that trip, coupled with our continued growth and expanding client base, the break to France seemed a natural successor. The whole company has worked very hard over the past 12 months and we wanted to reward as many of our staff as practicable. We know that a great time was had by one and all on both the Milton Keynes snow dome and Avoriaz ski trips, and already there is a motivational buss within our office in anticipation of this years events.
