We require a number of enthusiastic, practical minded Catia V5 Design Engineers to work for one of our most prestigious Aerospace companies in the South West - IMMEDIATE START. You will have at least 5 years minimum experience designing structures (aircraft frames) within an aerospace environment along with at least 2 years composites experience.
On a daily basis you will be required to develop new and existing structural aircraft production drawings. You will use Catia V5 along with VPM and composite workbench to produce these designs for a both commercial and MOD projects.

Reporting directly to the Technical Director your role as the Catia V5 Structural Design Engineer will involve;
- Produce and check aircraft frame designs using Catia V5
- Communicating and liaising with other departments to enable engineering changes
- Support more junior engineers on certain projects
- Produce composite and component designs
- CPD and Composite workbench
- Using VPM
Applicants will preferably have an engineering Degree / HNC or similar qualification. Previous structural and composite experience is essential while knowledge of VPM and composite workbench would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be given.
