Welders & Platers – Heavy Engineering
Earn up to £19.00 per hour

Reporting directly to the Works Manager you will be working closely with other highly skilled time served welders / platers from a heavy engineering / machining background. Applicants with Oil and Gas or Nuclear experience will be favoured.
To apply for this position you will have completed a recognised welding apprenticeship. You will have held Mig and Manual Metal Arc coding experience.
Projects will involve:
Welding and fabrication on stainless steel, steel and aluminium.
Welding for Large Nuclear and Oil and Gas Projects.
Modifying new projects.
Developing completely new products.
Hourly Rates
37 hours = £10 per hour / Over Time £15 per hour / SUNDAY RATES £20 per hour – negotiable
The company has been established for nearly 40 years, employing more than 150 at this site, Turning Over millions.
The contract is for an initial 3 -6 months, however certain projects will not be completed until 2012, so the opportunity to express your skills and extend your time at the site is inevitable.
