Design Project Manager
£300 - £350 per day

My client is a market leader within the medical device industry. They are developing day by day providing leading medical devices to blue chip companies throughout the UK, Europe and United States.
Owing to increased activities within the UK and abroad they are now looking for an experienced Design Project Manager to help with projects in 2010. Previous Design of Medical Devices is essential, and Robotic Design experience is desired. Knowledge and experience of MDD and FDA is essential as well as FEA and FMEA. You will have knowledge and experience of either Solid Works, Solid Edge, MathLab, and other software applications. Applicants applying for this position MUST have knowledge of ISO 13485, and have the ability to Design Manage and Control.
The Design Control Manager will consistently liaise with the Operations Director. My client already has 5 million orders expected for 2010.

• Maintaining in a completely transparent manner the Design History File associated with Freehand Product
• Produce Designs / Assess Designs / Review Designs /
• Prepare Audits
• Liaise with sub contractors
• Continuously Improve the product
