CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum

We have an immediate requirement for a CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to work for a very unique organisation in South Wales.
The company was established more than 50 years ago, employ hundreds, with 20% of their employees being contractors. They boast a client base of both national and international blue chip companies within a number of diverse industries.
As a result of this continual growth they are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer from a Lean Manufacturing Engineering background. The chosen Manufacturing Engineer will either be chartered, hold a degree, or at least have a HND in a relevant Engineering discipline - Materials, Manufacturing, Production etc.
A minimum of 5 years experience within manufacturing or production in a lean environment is required. Knowledge of tooling is essential, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY unless you have knowledge of either CNC programming, milling, grinding, etc. Knowledge of EDM and ECM is also desired. You have excellent Documentation Control Experience – Manufacturing Routings, BOM’s, as well as Regulatory experience , root cause analysis. Good Regulatory experience / skills are also required – ECRN, NIA, CAPA as well as good report writing knowledge.
