Buyer
£12 - £15 per hour
6 months Contract
Bridgend - South Wales
Joining a rapidly expanding Procurement Department our client seeks an experienced Buyer from an electrical / electronic background to join their company based in Bridgend.
They target markets such as aerospace / defense / battery and power markets.
Your main role will be to provide efficient and cost effective value added support to the department. You will be required to source and buy materials.
The Buyer will have excellent communication skills, planning skills, effective PC skills, commodity buying experience, knowledge of MRP systems and have the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
They are a lean manufacturing engineering company so relevant experience is required. Those that have worked in an ISO 9001 environmental will also be favoured.
