We require an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to implement and maintain quality standards throughout our clients company. The position is for a 12 month contract that will extend due to tremendous growth so we are treating it as a permanent position.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
The chosen Quality Assurance Engineer will hold a HNC or degree with at least 5 years experience as a Quality Technician. Applicants must have worked within a lean manufacturing environment. A good understanding of 8D, SOP’s, 5Y, SPC is expected as well as PPAP, APQP. Those with experience and knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA and FMEA will be favoured.

Within this role you will be responsible for all client documentation, the validating of products, training of site operators and inspectors. Applicants will also focus on customer liaisons, client liaison and work closely alongside the New Product Introduction team.
