Senior Facilities Manager
Location: London
Permanent Position
Salary: circa £50k
We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager from a financial background in order to work on a client site. Your role will be to look after the entire site building and all of its facilities, from an M & E perspective.
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- M & E Background
- Degree qualified in an engineering related subject (CIBSE preferred)
- Solid background in FM
- Experience of running buildings in the financial industry preferred
- Strong understanding and experience of financial budgeting
- In depth knowledge of Health & Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)
- Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
