Due to our client’s recent success and continual growth they urgently require an effective, target driven Project Manager. Applicants must have experience managing projects from £3 to £4 million in value within one or more of the following industries - Prisons, Hotels, Schools, Sheltered Housing, and Apartment blocks.
To apply for this role you will be an effective team leader, have excellent maintenance and planning experience as well as knowledge of design. Experience controlling budgets is essential , cost variations, programming, health and safety including risk assessments etc.
