Position: Senior Materials Manger
£55,000 plus 6K Car allowance plus Benefits including:-

The Role:
As part of the Strategic leadership team this role is key to ensure strong relationships with suppliers in a highly commercially competitive basis.
Experience of supplier negotiation.
Experience of commercial planning operations.
Lead the Materials (Purchasing,Warehousing,and Despatch) and planning Departments.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies worldwide.
Ensure continuity of material supply to the European manufacturing sites
The Person:
Degree qualified in a technical subject.
Experienced man manager.
Commercially astute with the ability to translate the needs of the customer into commercial success.
Experienced procurement Manager who has successfully lead a team and implemented global strategies.
Skilled negotiator
Analytical and diplomatic with excellent relationship building skills
