Senior Embedded Software Engineer-Mid Wales-40K
Our client is an engineered and product solutions company with a globally renowned reputation. The company has recently undergone a multimillion pound investment and is looking to expand on their IT research and development teams.
Intapeople are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, the remit for this role is to develop software for the use within the latest ranges of microcontrollers using state of the art development tools. The successful candidate will be leading a team of about 15-20 people and will be privy to cutting edge technology on a routine basis.
This role is for an individual who is looking to ground their feet in a globally renowned and fast growing company. The individual will be able to build a experience base and career progression is a major element of not only this role but the opportunities this company can offer to the successful candidate.
Person Specifics:
- BSc or BEng in Computing, Engineering or related degree
- Demonstrable experience in embedded, software, real time development using C or C++
- Good communication skills and the ability to assimilate complex ideas
- Commercial attitude to software development
- Experience of structured design methodologies e.g. UML
- Collaborative approach to software development
- Team player with good communication skills
