Due to on going expansion my Client, a major manufacturer is looking for a high calibre Human Resource Manager. The role will be working with the senior management in both a strategic and operational capacity.
The Role:
To oversee all aspects of Human resources for the Company.
Take ownership of training and development for all employees.
Maximise human resource capacity in line with IIP guidelines.
Oversee all recruitment activities.
The Person:
A Professional Human Resource Manager
A strong people person
Will ideally have worked within the Manufacturing sector.
