IntaPeople are seeking an experienced Electronic Design Engineer to work at their manufacturing site. To apply for this position, candidates should be suitably qualified to HND / Degree in Electronic Hardware and Software Engineering. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience and a proven track record working as an Engineer covering hardware & software electronic engineering.
Day to day, the successful Electronic Design Engineer will have the ability to manage day to day tasks as well as project management of larger projects. As the Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for design management of all areas of electronic design and ongoing enhancements and changes. You will be an excellent problem solver utilising diagnostics, debug and in circuit emulation tools, be proficient in the use of schematic entry and layout tools utilising Altium Designer or alternative software will be desirable.
All candidates applying for the Electronic Design Engineer position, will require a commercial awareness and attention to detail, liaise with external suppliers and test houses on ongoing NPD work and engineering change issues. Candidates will be responsible for design, build, programming, test and product introduction of PCB parts. Candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Windows will be strongly favoured, those who can show experience being responsible for seeking cost down options to save money and increase profitability by sourcing alternative components will also be strongly favoured.
